There are two types of rooms for rent:
1. Not furnished room, with balcony for 175€ with No bills inclued.
2. A fully furnished room, with balcony for 220€ with No bills inclued.
The house is fully furnished (with washing machine clothes, microwave, fridge, dinner table, "japanese style" couch, heater, radio system, eletric stove, space to leave bags, and more), the bills are normally:
Water bill: 20€ monthly to split by 3 persons.
Eletric bill: range from 50 to 200€ every 2 months, depends what is on use (using too much heater for example) to split by 3 persons.
Internet and Telephone bill: 10€ for very fast internet per person and telephone bill calculated by person with details.
The house is located on the center of Porto city, close to University of Fine Arts, and very close to metro station (who have directions very fast to all the university centers), have close very types of markets and close to 2 shoopings malls and other utilities.

Room to rent in 19th century charming house with cozy garden
In Porto centre, 3 minutes walking to Casa da Música’s Metro Station, walking distance to downtown, buses and metro to everywhere.
The house has 3 floors, and is fully equipped as any family house, including Wi-Fi. We want to keep it simple, so all expenses are included, including the cleaning lady twice a week. Don’t need to bring towels and linen.
The room has 15,5 m2 and is on the 3rd floor, a very nice attic. It is fully furnished (many drawers!) and heated.
Bathroom will be shared with one of us (depending on gender), as well as kitchen and living room. There is a garden, perfect for reading , resting and barbecues.
The house was where me (Pedro, 28) and my sister (Matilde, 26) growed with our parents; now we are on our own, and would like to share one of the free rooms with someone having an experience we had in Barcelona and Trento: Erasmus! We speak many languages, and will be glad to teach Portuguese to our housemate.
Available right now, costing €300/month with ALL EXPENSES INCLUDED. You can also use a bike.

The apartment have 3 individual rooms and it has one of them free since febrary 2012.
The appartament is near to Bolhao Metro Station (5 minutes), campo 24 de agosto station (5 minutes) and Aliados square, in the certer of town.
The flat is fully furnished, with cable tv, internet, washing machine, electric heating in every room, equiped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms (both with bathtube). Each room has own working desk, chair, light... and the apartment has a big living room.
It is 2 minutes walking from various shops, including supermarkets (mini preço, pingo doce...). |
